UTI- diet can control


HI…. BOTHERED ABOUT RECURRENT URINARY TRACT INFECTION…. CHECK FOR YOUR DIET!!!

 So, you must have seen somewhere close in your family or sometimes in yourself too that in spite of taking good precaution of hygiene and medication, we suffer from recurrent burning and frequency in urine called UTI.

Here suggesting some dietary changes to address this painful and bothering condition to help you out…

·       If kidney stone is the reason- include more of fluid and water in diet.

·       Drink fruit juices like cranberry, orange and grapefruit.

·       Have more fiber in diet including beans, oats etc.

·       Take more antioxidant foods, including fruits like blueberries, cherries and tomatoes.

·       Avoid refined foods such as white breads, pastas and high sugar

·       Avoid coffee, tobacco and alcohol

·       Drink plenty of water approx. 8-10 glasses per day

·       Vit C and Vit B6 should be added in diet
